Delta Xi is hosting its 2nd Annual Big Game Rivalry Run on October 19th, the Friday before the Big Game. The brothers will be running a game ball in relay groups of two from Stanford Stadium to Memorial Stadium, and we will also be hosting a barbecue in Berkeley to further raise money for CASA of Alameda County. The brothers have set a goal of raising $5,000 this year so any support you can provide is greatly appreciated.
CASA of Alameda County, or the Court Appointed Special Advocates, is a national organization that provides court advocacy for abandoned, abused, or neglected children to increase the chance that they are placed in foster homes where they can thrive. With Christmas just around the corner, now is the most important time to be donating to charities like CASA that benefit children.
